The blade is made of fine ceramic, and may be chip or break if dropped.

Not compatible to use with hard objects, including but not limited to frozen food (half-thawed food), crab, fish, rice cake, meat with bones, fruit seeds etc.

When slicing ingredients, slide them so that they are pushed out from the front to the other side of the blade.

When returning the ingredients to the front, move them slowly so that the cutting edge does not touch and injure you.

If the ingredients become small, you may cut your hands, so please use a protector. Alternatively, we recommend using the Kyocera Ceramic Knives.
When not in use, store blade in the protector with the adjustment bar for safety and protection

Wash with soft sponge and detergent immediately after use to prevent trapped foods.

Do not boil the product. Discoloration of the resin may occur.
