1. Delivery

Delivery service is only available in Singapore. For international delivery, please email to support@bxcreatives.com to enquire on the delivery charges before placing an order.

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days upon receipt of Order and Full Payment. Orders and payments made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed by the following Tuesday.

Delivery in Singapore will be made via third-party couriers and will take 3-4 business days. In the case of unsuccessful deliveries, redelivery charges are to be borne fully by the customer.

We reserve all rights to refuse any orders or deliveries as the conditions may warrant. Please note that all international packages must pass through their respective countries' customs office. All charges (including but not limited to import duties and charges) are the responsibilities of the customers and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with the relevant custom office prior to making a purchase to determine these additional charges, if any.

Collection service is only available in Singapore.

A Collection Confirmation Notice will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive the Collection Confirmation Notice email within 24 hours, Please do not attempt to collect your order before receiving the Collection Confirmation Email.
